Coraline's Accessories

       Coraline's Accessories proudly ships worldwide. During holiday seasons, your purchase will be shipped to you within 24 hours when full payment has been received and when your made to order purchases have been completed.

       Buyers within Malaysia should receive packages in less than a week. International orders should take 6-10 business days to arrive, excluding customs time (which may take a while).

       All Coraline's Accessories products are made to order only. We do not carry ready-made stock due to the customizable nature of our product. Hence, please allow up to one week for your jewelry to be made. Please do keep this in mind when you are planning time sensitive gifts. If you are in need of a rush order, please let us know when you check out and we will let you know what we can do for you.      

       Our customers have never experienced lost packages. However, Coraline's Accessories reserves the right to not be held responsible should this happen. Tracking number will be provided via email after your orders are shipped. Please note that we do not track orders on your behalf.

Shipping

Shipping and handling costs:

Within Malaysia:

- Pos Laju (Below 500g) :
  West Malaysia: RM7.00 , add RM1 for every additional 250g. East Malaysia: RM10.00, add RM2 for every additional 250g.
   *Require signature upon recipient.

- Other Courier Services of your choice
   Please specify your choice of courier service in the Order Form. We'll try our best to suit your needs, but makes no promises. We'll let you know the  
   shipping rates once we confirm it with the courier company.

Our shipping procedure:
Orders will be taken throughout the month, but will only be shipped on the 1st and 15th of each month. The last order will be taken 3 days before shipping date. Exceptions during holiday seasons. Thank you for understanding, and sorry for the inconvenience. Your time and interest is highly valued.

Payment

- After received your order form, a Confirmation email will be sent to you together with the total amount of payment.

    - For payment by Bank Transfer, account number will be provided upon confirmation of order.

    - For payment by PayPal, a 'PayPal Money Request from Coraline's Accessories' email will be sent to you.

    - For payment by Cash Deposit, you may bank in extra money due to the reason that the machine can only accept
      RM10 notes. Inform us the actual amount you have bank in so that refund can be arranged in a return envelope.

- We only accept PayPal for International Orders. PayPal account is free and make online payment safe, fast and easy.

- Please Note: It is a MUST to inform us via email after making payment.

- After full payment is verified, a Notification email will be sent to you and your orders will be shipped.

*For custom orders, please pay 50% of the total amount as a deposit. We will start processing your orders after receiving the deposit. The rest of the 50% can be paid when you receive an order completed notification email from us. If that is troublesome for you, you're welcome to make a one time full payment and, we can shipped your orders to you immediately after completed. (Which some of our customer prefer to do.)

       Coraline's Accessories 的商品快递至世界各地。 佳节期间，在我们确认款额付清与订单完成后，您的礼品将会在24小时内邮寄给您。

       马来西亚境内的顾客可在少于一星期的时间内收到包裹。国际订单则需要至少6-10个工作天，当中不包含关税检查所耗费的时间，而这一般上需要好几天。

       Coraline's Accessories 的所有商品皆是按订单制作的。由于商品属少量制作、特别订制性质，我们不提供预先完成的现货。因此，请预算一星期左右的制作完成时间。若您所计划的送礼需配合特殊时间，请加倍留意这一点。倘若您有特别急需，请于下单时让我们知道，我们将竭尽所能让您知道我们能够为您做些什么。 

       至今为止，我们的顾客未曾碰到包裹遗失的情况。虽然如此，若遗失状况发生，Coraline's Accessories 保留不被追究责任的权利。邮递追踪号码将在订单邮递后通过电邮提供给您。请注意，我们将不会代替您进行包裹的追踪。

请于订购单中注明您所选择的快递服务。我们将竭尽所能满足您的需求，但并不给予任何保证。一旦向快递公司确认邮寄费用，我们将立即通知您。

我们的邮寄程序：
我们一整个月都会进行订购单的接收，但货品只在每月的1号和15号寄出。邮寄前的最后一次订购单接收是在邮寄日的3天前。节庆假日期间例外。谢谢您的谅解，如有造成不便，我们深感抱歉。

付款 

付款程序：

- 我们将於接获订购单后，发送一封确认电邮给您，并告知需付款项的总额。

    - 选择银行转帐付款方式的顾客，我们将於接获订购单后提供银行转帐所需资料。

    - 选择现金存款方式付款的顾客，因存款机只接受最低RM10的面额，所以您可存入多余款项，余额将会在附在包裹中退
      回。

    - 选择以PayPal付款的顾客，我们将另外发送一封付款征求电邮给您，电邮标题：'PayPal Money Request from Coraline's
      Accessories'。

- 对于国际订单，我们只接受PayPal 付款。PayPal 户口是免费的，它让网上付款更安全，快速，简易。

- 请注意：请您务必在付款后通过电邮通知我们。

- 在确认款项付清后，我们会将您所订购的物品邮寄到您所提供的收件人地址。邮件寄出后，我们将发送一封通知电邮给您。

*选择特别订制的顾客，请预付总额的50%作为订金。我们将在取得订金后开始处理您的订购单。其余的50%款项，可以在接获我们发送的订单完成通知电邮后再缴清。如果这对您造成不便，我们欢迎您选择一次性付款，物品也将在完成后直接邮寄给您。
