**INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT**
(1) Transit time
We usually ship within 3 working days after payment is cleared. Made to order items and custom order will take longer. We ship worldwide from Malaysia using POS Malaysia Registered Mail (POS Daftar) at a fair rate. Tracking no. will be provided once your order is shipped. Please be aware that we do not track parcel on your behalf. Please make sure your mailing address in Paypal is current and correct. Please be aware that delivery time vary greatly depending on your country's customs practice anywhere between 1 to 3 weeks, even longer sometimes. If your purchase is time sensitive, please message us and we'll try our best to accommodate.
(2) Import fees, taxes, tarrifs, and duties
Your country may impose Import fees, taxes, tariffs, and duties at the time of delivery, which are NOT included in the purchase price of the items. Please contact your local custom authority to find out the details.
**DOMESTIC SHIPMENT**

Your order will be shipped through POSLaju or POS Ekspress, which may take 1-5 days to arrive, depending on the postal service in your area. Tracking no. will be provided once your order is shipped. Please be aware that we do not track parcel on your behalf.

Within 7 days after you have received your order, if you find that you are unsatisfied with your purchases, you may contact us to let us know your concerns and we will work it out from there. Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as it was received and return shipping charges are full responsibility of the customer.

Our tiny trinkets are strong & durable, but not unbreakable. Please give them gentle care to ensure their everlasting beauty.
- Always store jewelry separately so it doesn't scratch other jewelry.
- Avoid storing your jewelry next to a heating vent, window sill or on a car dashboard.
- Always be cautious when handling. Even thought they are very strong and durable, some thin and fragile pieces may chip.
- Try to protect your jewelry from liquid, sharp blows, harsh chemicals, sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Put your jewelry on after washing and applying any makeup, hair spray, perfume, etc.
- When doing household tasks such as gardening and cleaning, be certain to remove rings, bracelets, etc.
- Take off your jewelry before doing high impact sports.
- Take off your jewelry before swimming in a swimming pool.
- Always handle your jewelry with great care.
